For remote support contract customers: Should it be determined that an on-site visit is necessary or that a defective component should be sent to us for repair because the problem could not be resolved remotely, a quote for the cost of the repair will be provided to you. Replacement parts, such as headset cables and ear pads can be purchased from us as well.
